The dorms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, with large lockers and cozy beds. the bathroom felt luxurious and the overall atmosphere was stunning. I especially loved the coworking space in the common area, surrounded by palm trees and a pool. It was the perfect place to work during the first half of the day. the reception staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. Breakfast and coffee were included, although the portions were a bit small. the free shuttle to town was a convenient bonus.

The hostel had a beautiful design and a luxurious vibe, creating a great atmosphere for a city break. The availability of shuttles into town during the day was very convenient, allowing easy access to explore the area. The yoga class provided in such a serene and gorgeous location was a highlight of the stay.

The lack of communal activities and atmosphere in the hostel was a disappointment, especially when everything shuts off and becomes silent at 10pm. The location, although expected to be far from town, made it inconvenient to go out for dinner or drinks due to the random shuttle schedule.

The Space offers a range of eco-friendly facilities and activities, perfect for business travelers seeking a peaceful and chilled atmosphere. the hostel grounds and facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the chill-out area is nice and comfy, the food is great, and the drinks are delicious. the en-suite bathrooms are fancy and clean. the hostel also provides the option to rent scooters at the reception. the hotel has a beautiful SPA-like atmosphere and a fantastic coworking space that is free for guests, making it a great choice for digital nomads like myself.

But hey, not everything was a disappointment. The hotel itself was really nice and clean, giving off a trendy and hip atmosphere. The pool area was quite appealing and lived up to the pictures. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. I was initially skeptical, but it turned out to be delicious! The fruit bowl with yogurt and granola one day and the gallo pinto the next were both incredibly tasty. And as someone who needed a peaceful place to work remotely, I found the hotel to be a great spot with a calm and quiet atmosphere.

I must admit, the location of this place was a real bummer. It was quite far from the town and the beach, so if you're looking for a place with easy access to these spots, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

amazing stay at a large hostel in san juan del sur with great communal areas, pool, and friendly staff. each dorm had a spacious bathroom, towels provided, and good wifi. delicious breakfast, and each bed had its own fan, light, and charging socket. exceeded my expectations!

Shuttle service needed improvement.

We had an amazing stay at The Space! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hostel grounds and facilities were top-notch. We loved that they made an effort to be eco-friendly, which was a refreshing change. The atmosphere was peaceful and chilled, and the location was perfect for accessing the other beaches outside of town. The spacious and comfortable dorms, luxurious bathroom, and delicious breakfast were all highlights of our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to this area.

The shuttle service starts a bit late, at 11 am, which may not suit those wanting to leave earlier and requiring an alternative mode of transportation.

No kitchen for guests to use.

The communal areas at the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax and socialize. the pool was a good size and perfect for cooling off on hot days. the staff, for the most part, were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay.

One downside to our stay was the location of the hotel, as it was quite far from the center of town. the shuttle service provided by the hotel had limited and inconvenient times, making it difficult to get around.
